Building Projects PROGRESS Overview

THE GRAPH BELOW IS AN OVERVIEW OF THE CURRENT BUILDING PROJECTS THE TEAM IS INVOLVED WITH AND THEIR STATUS TO DATE.

Additional Notes:  

1. Issues faced and challenges 

Generally there were no major issues faced however, for the projects way below progress are due to the following: 

a) Delay in Building materials procurement locally. 

b) Limited number of qualified site supervisiors 

c) Technical delays in Project Management & Financial Systems in place. 

2.  Way forward 

The proposed approached to curb and or reduce the challenges is the following: 

a) Additional Staff 

b) Acquiring of Good PCs and Licensed Professional CAD Software (tools) 

c) Improve Procurement Standards and Material Supplies locally. 

3. Budget on costs that require the section to build capacity 

A few areas that will need additional Budget on costs for 2024 should include the following: 

a) Additional Staff (i.e Draughtsmen x2No., Graduate Architect x2No.)

b) Acquiring of a Project Management Software package and Construction Management Software.
